For the seventh consecutive year, Governor Ed Rendell has failed to deliver a balanced budget for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by the July 1 deadline.  This year, Governor Rendell’s so-called solution to Pennsylvania’s $3.2 Billion deficit he created is… to raise OUR taxes!

Rendell’s strategy is to raise OUR personal income tax by 16%! Ironically, this increase in taxes will help fund the automatic increase of our Welfare system.

The Republicans provided a balanced budget that doesn’t raise taxes and will continue to be a check and balance to the Rendell Administration. We are in need of your help to keep this administration in check.
